NOTICE OF CLASS ACTION AND PROPOSED SETTLEMENT
If you got a postcard from Altrua HealthShare and Health Admins about a Class Action Settlement, then you may be eligible to get a payment.
A proposed Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit known as Finley v. Altrua Ministries et al., Case No. 2026CH000018, (the “Lawsuit”), filed in the Circuit Court of LaSalle County, Illinois, Chancery Division.
The Lawsuit is against Altrua Ministries d/b/a Altrua HealthShare (“Altrua”) and Crown Administrators, Inc. d/b/a Health Admins (“Crown” and together with Altrua, “Defendants”). The Lawsuit alleges that Defendants broke a federal law called the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) by placing prerecorded calls to cellular telephone numbers without prior express consent. Defendants deny all wrongdoing. The Court has not decided who is right.
Settlement Class Members can receive the following benefits from the Settlement: Up to a $700.00 Settlement Payment. The Settlement creates a maximum fund of $1,100,000.00. Settlement Payments may be reduced on a pro rata basis such that the total Approved Claims, Notice and Administrative Expenses, Fee Award and Costs, and Service Award does not exceed the Aggregate Cap of $1,100,000.00.
You are included in this Settlement as a Settlement Class Member if you are an individual in the United States to whom Crown on behalf of Altrua placed a phone call (1) through the use of AIRudder, (2) to a telephone phone number (3) from December 2, 2024 through December 11, 2024.
